Jeremy Pemble is the firm's chief strategist for clients focused on wireless, broadband, digital media, and CE industries. On behalf of JLM clients, he has supervised joint PR initiatives with leading tech, media and entertainment companies including: Adobe, A+E Networks, AT&T, Broadcom, BT, CBS, Comcast, Cox, E!, Fox, Google, Intel, Liberty Global, Lenovo, Logitech, Microsoft, NBCU and NBC Olympics, Rogers, Roku, Shaw Media, Samsung, Sony, Sprint/T-Mobile, Time Warner Cable, USA Network, Verizon, Vodafone and numerous others. He was formerly Vice President of Public Relations for AT&T Wireless, where he oversaw the launch of mobile television, location-based services, and strategic relationships with Disney, Microsoft, Yahoo, and more. Mr. Pemble also created and managed all of the company's public relations efforts for the hit show, “American Idol,” which is widely credited as the seminal event that popularized text messaging in the United States. Immediately prior to joining JLM, he served as Vice President of Corporate Communications for digital music and video pioneer RealNetworks. He led the company's communications efforts worldwide, including the historic $760 million antitrust settlement with Microsoft and joint press conference with Bill Gates. Early in his career, he worked in communications roles within wireless divisions of Siemens and Nortel. He also served as a Public Affairs Officer in the US Coast Guard, gaining invaluable experience in crisis communications. He holds an undergraduate honors degree (B.A) from the University of Texas where he was the 1994 Outstanding (Male) Student of the Year. He earned a master's degree (M.L.A.) in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southern Methodist University and second master's degree (M.Ed.) in Administration, Planning and Social Policy (APSP) from Harvard University.
